The Agricultural and Labor Program, Incorporated operates full year Head Start/Early Head Start Programs. The Head Start/Early Head Start Programs provide comprehensive early child development for disadvantaged infants and preschool children and their families. Under these programs, The Agricultural and Labor Program, Incorporated is required to obtain matching revenue from private sources and in-kind contributions. The Agricultural and Labor Program, Incorporated did not obtain the required matching revenue and in-kind contributions for the year ended June 30, 2025, however, The Agricultural and Labor Program, Incorporated has applied, but has not received as of April 24, 2026, a waiver from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
