Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expendituresare recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types ofexpenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: CRI-Help, Inc. has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the UniformGuidance.
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal grant activity of CRI-Help, Inc. for the year ended June 30, 2022. The information in the schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).

CRI-Help, Inc.s grant agreement from Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (DPH) indicates that the source of the funds includes both federal (CFDA 93.778) and state award. The DPH has not provided CRI-Help, Inc. with the amount of federal funds included. Because the federal portion of the expenditures cannot be separately identified, the full amount is included in the accompanying schedule of expenditures offederal awards.
