Notes to SEFA
The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards ("SEFA") is presented on the modified accrual basis of accounting as contemplated by generally accepted accounting principles.
The entity did not elect to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate. Some awards include an approved negotiated rate.
At June 30, 2024, the Commission had no outstanding loan balances requiring disclosure.
The accompanying SEFA has been restated as of April 17, 2026 to modify the amount related the Appalachian Local Development District Assistance and to add the Appalachian Regional Commission Ready Local Development District Assistance. The total SEFA increased by $24,241.
