The Schedule includes the federal award activity of the Company under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2025. This federal award is administered by Ascendium Education Solutions, Inc. (SOLUTIONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the Uniform Guidance. Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Company, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Company.
The Federal Family Education Loan Programs listed below are administered directly by the Company, and balances and transactions relating to these programs are included in the Company’s basic consolidated financial statements.
