Notes to SEFA
The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) was prepared using the cash basis of accounting, which is the basis of accounting used by the Township. Federal expenditures are recognized when the related cash disbursements occur. The Township did not elect to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate as permitted under 2 CFR 200.414(f). The Township received federal funding under the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program, Assistance Listing 21.027, authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All expenditures reported on the SEFA represent expenditures of ARPA SLFRF funds. The Township did not receive any non‑cash federal assistance and had no outstanding loan or loan guarantee balances related to federal awards.
