Notes to SEFA
The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all applicable federal programs of the County. The County’s reporting entity is defined in Note I of the basic financial statements. Federal awards received directly from federal agencies, as well as awards passed through other government agencies, are included on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
The expenditures of $23,614 for PA-4332-TX were incurred in a previous year but are reported on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards for the year ended September 30, 2025. This is the period in which the grant was approved/obligated.
