Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the revenues from federal awards of Fort Bend Family Health Center, Inc. d/b/a AccessHealth (the Organization) as defined in Note 1 to the Organization’s basic financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2025. All federal financial assistance that was received directly from federal agencies is included on the schedule, as well as federal assistance passed through other government agencies.
The Organization has no federally funded insurance.
The Organization did not receive any federal noncash assistance for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025.
During the year ended June 30, 2021, the Organization received $150,000 from the SBA for disaster assistance loans under Assistance Listing Number: 59.008. Amounts outstanding at June 30, 2025 were $129,388.
