Broadway Street Supportive Housing, Inc. received a mortgage loan partially guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under Section 542(c) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992, as amended. The balance shown in the Schedule represents HUD's 50% risk sharing obligation of the principal balance of the mortgage loan as of the beginning of the year ended June 30, 2025. The balance of the mortgage loan outstanding at June 30, 2025 was $2,195,085.
