The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Tableland Services, Inc. and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. Unused personal and vacation days are not recorded as expenditures. Fixed assets are recorded as expenditures at the time of purchase, therefore no depreciation is recorded. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the financial statements.
Tableland Services, Inc. received commodities as a pass-through from the County of Somerset through The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) in agreement with the PA Department of Agriculture under CFDA # 10.569. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, Tableland Services, Inc. distributed $114,118 in commodities as valued using guidelines provided by The Emergency Food Assistance Program.
Tableland Services, Inc. has elected not to use the 10% de minimum indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance in the current year.
