The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activities of all federal awards programs
of Centro de Desarrollo Familiar Seasonal HS/EHS de la Diócesis de Mayagüez; Inc. reporting entity is defined in Note
1. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies, as well as federal awards passed through other
governmental agencies, are included in the schedule. The information in the schedule is presented in accordance with
the requirement by Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements,
Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
Centro de Desarrollo Familiar Seasonal HS/EHS de la Diócesis de Mayagüez, Inc. has elected not use the 10
percent of minimum indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
