Amounts reported in the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards agree with the amounts reported in the related federal financial reports
During the year ended June 30, 2025, CCA voluntarily terminated its Veterans Affairs Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Capital Grant (Assistance Listing No. 64.024). Upon termination, the Organization was required to return federal funds previously received under this award. Accordingly, the amount returned to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is reported on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards as negative federal expenditures in the amount of $76,450, reflecting a reduction of previously recognized federal awards rather than current-year program expenditures.
