The amounts shown as current year expenditures represent only the federal award portion of the programcosts. Entire program costs, including the Washington Apple Commission’s portion, are more than shown. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost rinciples contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
The ATP grant agreement was signed in 2019 under the Federal Award Identification Number: ATP-2019- WSAC with the spending period ending September 30, 2024. The ALN 10.618 was also used for the Regional Agricultural Promotion Program, as reported on the SEFA. The reported amounts under other award number ATP-2019-WSAC were spent under ATP. This is a separate grant than the Regional Agricultural Promotion Program reported under other award number RAPP-2024-WSAC.
