The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal grant activity of Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission (the “Commission”) under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Guidance. Because the schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Commission, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of the Commission.
The Commission administers a Revolving Loan Fund Program funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and passed through the Farmers Home Administration Intermediary Relending Program (FMHA-IRP). Loans outstanding at June 30, 2025 were $163,470. The Commission administers a Revolving Loan Fund Program funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and passed through the Rural Development Intermediary Relending Program (USDA-RD-IRP III). Loans outstanding at June 30, 2025 were $360,490. The Commission administers a Revolving Loan Fund Program funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and passed through the Farmers Home Administration Small Business Loan Program (FMHA-SBLP). The Commission administers a Revolving Loan Fund Program funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and matching funds from the Appalachian Regional Commission Governments (EDA/ARC). The Commission administers a Revolving Loan Fund Program funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and passed through the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI).
