Basis of Presentation: The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal and State awards includes the federal and state grant activity of Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc., and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in or used inthe preparation of the basis financial statements.
Subrecipients: Of the federal expenditures presented in this schedule, Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc., provided pass through federal awards to subrecipients of $18,092,543 as presented in the Notes of Financial Statements and in the supplemental information at Schedules I, II, III, V and VI.
Indirect Cost Rate: Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc., has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indrect cost rate allowed under the Unifrom Guidance.
