Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal award activity of the Welfare Research, Inc. d/b/a WRI Solutions (WRI) under programs of the federal government. The federal awards that are included in the schedule may be received directly from federal agencies, as well as federal awards that are passed through other governmental agencies. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). The Schedule only presents a selected portion of the operations of WRI.
Welfare Research, Inc. d/b/a WRI Solutions (WRI) is a not-for-profit organization. All federal grant operations of WRI are included in the scope of the single audit.
WRI provided no federal awards to subrecipients during the year ended December 31, 2025.
