Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (Schedule) includes the federal award activity of the Beaver County Rehabilitation Center, Inc. and Subsidiary (Center) under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Center, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position or changes in net position of the Center.
The USDA loan included on the Schedule is administered directly by the Center and the balance and transactions related to this program are included in the Center's basic consolidated financial statements. In accordance with the Uniform Guidance, the Schedule reflects the balance of the loan outstanding at the beginning of the fiscal year or June 30, 2024. There were no new loans made or received during the year ended June 30, 2025. The balance of the loan outstanding at June 30, 2025 was $3,014,118.
