The Alabama Water Pollution Control Authority administers loans through the Capitalization Grants for Clear Water State Revolving Funds program (Assistance Listing 66.458). For purposes of this schedule, the amount reported includes loan balances established during the fiscal year, including funds drawn down from the U.S. Department of the Treasury and repayments of loans recognized as program income. As of September 30, 2025, the outstanding loan balance totaled $13,375,000.
The City did not provide federal awards to any subrecipients during the year ended September 30, 2025.
