The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the "Schedule") include the federal grant activity of Congregation Bnai Yoel, Inc. for the year ended June 30, 2025. The Schedule is presented on the modified cash basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Congregation Bnai Yoel, Inc. it is not intended to and does not present the assets and support of Congregation Bnai Yoel, Inc.
Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the modified cash basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available.
Congregation Bnai Yoel, Inc. has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.

Inc. was approved by the state of New York’s Department of Agriculture, under section 17 of the National School Lunch Act and Child Nutrition act of 1966, to operate the Child Nutrition Cluster.
