Title: Basis of Presentation
Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: LifeBridge has elected not to use the 10% de minimus indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of LifeBridge Community Services, Inc. and Subsidiary (LifeBridge) under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2022. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of LifeBridge, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of LifeBridge.
Title: Provider Relief Fund and American Rescue Plan Act Rural Distribution

The Provider Relief Fund and American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) Rural Distribution award (PRF) received from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) was awarded in December 2020 (Funding Period 2) and June 2021 (Funding Period 3). The HHS has indicated that the amounts on the Schedule should be reported in accordance with the PRF Portal Reporting Time Period. Each Funding Period has a specified Period of Availability and timing of reporting requirements. The Agency recognized PRF revenue for the year ended June 30, 2021 of $283,624 in the financial statement line item Government Grants in the accompanying 2021 consolidated statement of activities.
