Revenue is accrued in the year in which the Organization incurs the costs for Special Education services provided. The Organization anticipates that it will receive a reimbursement of $322,927 for expenses incurred in the year ended June 30, 2025. Local Costs Eligible for Categorical Aid (Project 011) allowable for the year ended June 30, 2025, are reimbursed at approximately 42%. Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction reimburses schools in the year subsequent to the year costs are incurred, as long as the school has not ceased operations.
Revenue is accrued in the year in which the Organization incurs the costs for pupil transportation. If a student was transported at least one day, they are considered eligible for aid. The School provided transportation services during the year ended June 30, 2025, to students and is eligible for reimbursement of $11,460 based on the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction rate schedule.
