Basis of Presentation The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of the federal award program provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and administered by Village of Cuba, New York (the Village), which is aware and has been informed that such funds require separate audit procedures. Basis of Accounting The Village uses the modified accrual basis of accounting for the Program. Indirect Costs The Village does not use the de minimis indirect cost rate permitted by the Uniform Guidance.
