Loan Balances - The Organization maintains one loan with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The balance as of June 30, 2025 is as follows: Loan # Balance 97-05 621,172 Because these loans do not carry any significant compliance requirements, other than to maintain a reserve account, USDA Rural Development has provided guidance stating that these loan balances are not required to be reported on the Organization’s Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
Unobligated grant funds – As of June 30, 2025, the Organization had operating grant awards in the amount of $465,433 that had not been expended or drawn. All unobligated funds are expected to be expended in the year ended June 30, 2026.
