Notes to SEFA
The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal grant activity of Luzerne/Schuylkill Workforce Development Board and is presented on the accrual basis. The information in the schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the financial statements.

The Organization has elected not to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance. No indirect costs were charged to the Organization’s Federal awards for the year ended June 30, 2023.
