Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center (Upper Great Lakes) under programsof the federal government for the year ended October 31, 2021. The information in thisSchedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Upper Great Lakes, it is not intended to, and does not, present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Upper Great Lakes.The Schedule does not include $206,583 of Provider Relief Fund (PRF) grants authorized under the ARP Act that Upper Great Lakes received and recognized as revenue during the year ended October 31, 2022.
