Notes to SEFA
The major federal program of INCCRRA was the Child Care and Development Fund Cluster (93.575 and 93.596). The purpose of the Child Care and Development Fund Cluster is to increase the availability, affordability, and quality of child care services. Funds are used to subsidize child care for low-income families where the parents are working or attending training or educational programs, as well as activities to promote overall child care quality for children, regardless of subsidy receipt.
INCCRRA did not receive any federal non-cash assistance, federal loans or federal insurance for the year ended June 30, 2025. In addition, INCCRRA did not pass through any federal grants to sub-recipients.
