Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal and state awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal and state grant activities of the Organization for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance”) as codified by DHHS at 45 CFR Part 75 and the state of Tennessee. Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to, and does not, present the financial position, operations and changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Organization.
The Organization did not pass-through any federal awards to subrecipients.
These programs are subject to financial and compliance audits by grantor agencies. The amount, if any, of expenditures that may be disallowed by the grantor agencies cannot be determined at this time, although the Organization expects such amounts, if any to be immaterial.
