Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available.
The Project does not have sub-recipients of federal awards.
The Project did not receive any non-cash assistance.
Commonwealth Apartments HUD Project No. 071-HD169 did not receive any insurance assistance
The capital advance amount represents the total amount received in a prior year. If the Project does not meet certain compliance requirement for a period of 40 years, the balance plus accrued interest must be repaid.
