Expenditures reported on the financial statement are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, werein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. The School has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance
Non-monetary assistance is reported in the schedule of expenditures of federal and state awards at fair market value of the commodities received and disbursed. For the year ended June 30, 2025, Bartlett City Schools received food commodities totaling $102,510.
