Balance of loan outstanding at June 30, 2024 of the Supporting Housing for Persons with Disabilities - Capital Advance Program is $1,478,300. Balance of loan outstanding at June 30, 2024 of the Home Investment Partnership Program - Maryland Department of Housing and Community Develipment is $520,000.
The Entity received a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Capital Advance under Section 811 of the National Affordable Housing Act and entered into a loan agreement with the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development under the HOME loan program. The loan balance outstanding at the beginning of the year is included in the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule. The Entity received no additional loans during the year.
