Although the Organization’s HHS Grant Programs have been audited in accordance with federal requirements, these programs may still be subject to other financial and compliance audits. The amount, if any, of expenditures which may be disallowed as a result of other financial and compliance audits by the granting agency cannot be determined at this time, although the Organization expects such amounts, if any, to be immaterial.
