Question costs: $0 Statement of condition #2025-001: For the years ended June 30, 2024 and June 30, 2023, the Corporation did not submit the Data Collection Form (SF-SAC) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as required by Uniform Guidance section 2 CFR 200.512. Criteria: Pursuant to the Uniform Guidance, the Corporation is required to submit the Data Collection Form to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse within the earlier of 30 calendar days after receipt of the auditor's report or 9 months after the entity's fiscal year end. Effect: The Corporation was not in compliance with Uniform Guidance. Cause: The Corporation did not file the Data Collection Form due to the Capital Advance not being reflected on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards for the years ended June 30, 2024 and 2023.
