The Office of Juvenile Affairs, State of Oklahoma (the Organization) is the recipient of one federal award. The federal award is received through the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services and is included on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal grant activity of Organization is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information presented in this schedule is in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
The Organization does not allocate indirect costs, and therefore has not elected to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
