Green Lane Borough (the Authority) utilized Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for eligible acquisition and demolition in the Special Flood Hazard Area of Green Lane, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
The following is a summary of grant activity: Total Federal funds authorized $2,373,354.15 Total Federal funds received $2,098,148.50 Total Federal funds expended (1,714,172.09) Total amount of return/de-obligate $383,976.41 As of September 19, 2025, the Authority received a secondary sub-award in the amount of $1,587,600, for which $1,360,600 has been received. The grant has a performance period from August 6, 2021 through August 5, 2026. Should the funds not be needed from either grant, the Authority will be required to return the funds, including interest earned in excess of $500, to PEMA.
No related party transactions have occurred and gone unreported under the terms of the grant agreement.
No significant contingencies exist reportable under the grant agreement.
No significant subsequent events exist reportable under the grant agreement through September 19, 2025, the date which the contract statement was available to be issued.
