The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Jaycee-HDC, Inc., HUD Project No. 034-11134, under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Jaycee-HDC, Inc., it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Jaycee-HDC, Inc.
Jaycee-HDC, Inc. has received two loans under U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development programs. The outstanding loan balances at the beginning of the year are included in federal expenditures presented in the Schedule. Jaycee-HDC, Inc. received no additional loans during the year. The outstanding loan balances at June 30, 2025 consist of: 14.155 Mortgage Insurance for the Purchase or Refinancing of Existing Multifamily Housing Projects - $1,904,872 14.151 Supplemental Loan Insurance - Multifamily Rental Housing - $3,384,997
