Notes to SEFA

The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal and state awards (the “Schedule”) includes the College's federal and state award activity under programs of the federal and state government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance”) and the State of Wisconsin State Single Audit Guidelines. Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the College, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the College.
The Schedule includes federal awards received for the various programs. The College is required to provide matching funds for certain student financial aid programs. Matching funds by program provided by the College for the year ended June 30, 2025, are as follows: Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant - $5,076, Federal WorkStudy Program - $9,576, Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholarship - $5,625, and Wisconsin Veterans Grant - $76,000.
The Student Financial Assistance allowable expenditures for the year ended June 30, 2025, include amounts claimed for administrative costs of $1,111.
The College does not have sub-recipients of federal or state awards.
