The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Family Planning Council of Nebraska, Inc. under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Family Planning Council of Nebraska, Inc., it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of Family Planning Council of Nebraska, Inc.
Family Planning Council of Nebraska, Inc. receives funds under federal grant programs, and such assistance is to be expended in accordance with the provisions of the grants. Compliance with the grants is subject to audit by various government agencies which may impose sanctions in the event of noncompliance. Management believes they have complied with all material aspects of the grant provisions and the results of adjustments, if any, relating to such audits would not have any material financial impacts.
