No amounts were passed through to subrecipients during the fiscal year ended May 31, 2025.
The Organization operates full year Head Start/Early Head Start Programs. The Head Start/Early Head Start Programs provide comprehensive early child development for disadvantaged infants and preschool children and their families. Under these programs, the Organization is required to obtain matching revenue from private sources and in-kind contributions. The Organization did not obtain the required matching revenue and in-kind contributions for the year ended May 31, 2025, however, the Organization received a waiver from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
