Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards presents the activity of all federal award programs of The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, Inc. and Affiliate (the League) for the year ended December 31, 2024. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies, as well as federal awards passed through other governmental agencies and other not-for-profit organizations, are included on the schedule.
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of the League and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the consolidated financial statements. The League did not elect to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate.
