Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) includes the federalgrant activity of AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine, Inc.(AMDA) under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2022. Theinformation in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code ofFederal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and AuditRequirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only aselected portion of the operations of AMDA, it is not intended to and does not present the financialposition, changes in net assets, or cash flows of AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine, Inc. Expenditures reported in the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Suchexpenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance,wherein, certain types of expenses are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.

Rate Explanation: AMDA has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the UniformGuidance. Per rate agreement with the Department of Health and Human Services, AMDA haselected to use an indirect rate of 31.6%.
