Notes to SEFA
The Schedule includes the federal grant activity of Northern Maine General. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance. Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Northern Maine General, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Organization.
The Organization has a promissory note outstanding through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). As required, the Schedule reflects the outstanding balance as of June 30, 2024 of $1,075,062. The balance outstanding at June 30, 2025 was $1,022,071.
