(a) The Town of Twisp was approved by USDA to receive a loan totaling $ 662,963 to continue to update town sewer collection systems. Interim loan financing was received for the construction period. The amount listed for this loan includes the beginning of the period loan balance plus proceeds used during the year. The balance owing at the end of the period is $944,487. (b) The Town of Twisp was approved by the USDA to receive a loan totaling $ 132,359 to finish construction on the Twisp Civic Building EOC. The amount listed for this loan includes the beginning of the period loan balance plus proceeds used during the year. The balance owing at the end of the period is 132,359. Both the current and prior year loans are reported on the Towns Schedule of Liabilities.
