Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal grant activity of Education Service Center Region 12 (the “Center”) under programs of the federal government for the year ended August 31, 2025. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance”). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Center, it is not intended and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of the Center.
Indirect costs amounting to $500,262 were claimed by the Center for the year ended August 31, 2025, using the Center’s restricted indirect cost rate is 5.621%. Additionally, certain indirect costs were claimed by the Center under its cost allocation plan.
