The Alabama Housing Finance Authority administers loans through the HOME Investment Partnership Program (US Department of Housing and Urban Development Assistance Listing 14.239). For purposes of this schedule, the amount reported includes the outstanding loan balances at the end of the fiscal year, including funds drawn down from the U.S. Department of the Treasury and repayments of loans recognized as program income. As of September 30, 2025, the outstanding loan balance totaled $299,638,547.
