The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of the School District and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the financial statements.
Noncash assistance is reported in the schedule at the fair market value of the commodities received and used. Commodities for the year ended 06/30/2025, totaled $42,887. Of this amount, fresh fruits and vegetables for the year ended 06/30/2025, totaled $9,626.

The School District used the federal unrestricted rate of 10%. The School District has not elected to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
