Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the SEFA are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Title: PROVIDER RELIEF FUNDS

Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited to reimbursement. The Center has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.

Under terms and conditions of the Provider Relief Funds (PRF) under the Coronavirus Aids, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, the Center is required to report COVID-19 related expenses and lost revenue to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Guidance from HHS has required the reporting of the COVID-19 related expenses and lost revenue in certain reporting periods be based on when the funds were received. During 2022 and 2021, the Center received and recognized PRF of approximately $11,000 and $114,000, respectively, and recognized these amounts as revenue within the 2022 and 2021 statements of operations and changes in net assets as the terms and conditions of the PRF grant were satisfied by the Center. HHS requires the 2021 PRF amount to reported on the 2022 SEFA rather than the 2021SEFA. The 2022 PRF amount will be reported on the 2023 SEFA.
Title: FAIR MARKET VALUE OF DONATED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (UNAUDITED)
