SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY (14.157) - Balances outstanding at the end of the audit period were 17692. SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (14.181) - Balances outstanding at the end of the audit period were 191417. RURAL RENTAL HOUSING LOANS (10.415) - Balances outstanding at the end of the audit period were 1640442.

The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Community Housing Partners Corporation and Subsidiaries and Affiliates, and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting for the year ended December 31, 2022. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented or used in the preparation of the basic financial statements. Community Housing Partners Corporation and Subsidiaries and Affiliates has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
