Participation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Rental Housing Loan program (AL 10.415) requires ongoing compliance requirements. As of June 30, 2025, the outstanding balance of the Organization’s loan under this program was $716,072. In accordance with the requirements of Uniform Guidance, $734,878 of federal expenditures have been included in federal assistance above since this amount represents the beginning balance of the loan for the year ended June 30, 2024.
The Organization did not provide any federally sourced funding or assistance to subrecipients.
