Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (Schedule) includes the federal grant and contract activity of the Judicial Department of Pennsylvania (Judiciary) under the programs of the Federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Judiciary, it is not intended to and does not present the cash basis financial position or the respective changes in cash basis financial position of Judiciary. The Judiciary is registered on SAM.gov as the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, and that is the name included on agreements with grantors.
