Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Hendrick Health (Hendrick) under programs of the federal government for the year ended August 31, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Hendrick, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of Hendrick.
Hendrick did not have any loan programs during the year ended August 31, 2024.
Non-federal entities must record expenditures for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) projects on the Schedule when: 1) FEMA has approved the nonfederal entity's Project and, 2) the nonfederal entity has incurred the eligible expenditures. The 2024 expenditures for Federal Assistance Listing Number 97.036 were incurred by Hendrick prior to fiscal year 2024, however the project was not approved until fiscal year 2024.
