The program titles and Federal Assistance Listing numbers were obtained from federal or passthrough grantors, or the 2025 Federal Assistance Listings. When no Federal Assistance Listings number had been assigned to a program, the two digit federal agency identifier and the federal contract number were used. When there was no federal contract number, the 2-digit federal agency identifier and the word "unknown" were used.
The Organization did not pass any funds on to subrecipients during the year ended June 30, 2025.
The Arizona Department of Housing and the City of Flagstaff, Arizona loaned funds to the Organization as a part of a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program to assist in the purchase of land and construction of transitional housing. The outstanding balances on these loans as of June 30, 2025 totaled $1,594,150 (Federal Assistance Listings number 14.239), $5,854,369 (Federal Assistance Listings number 14.228) and $341,000 (Federal Assistance Listings number 14.218) and they are included in the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards, as there are ongoing compliance requirements related to these awards.
